Shipping Policy

We almost always ship all orders same day on orders received by 1pm PST Monday-Friday. We know that your'e anxious to get your gear. Once your order has shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Standard Free Shipping: Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on any order totaling over $50.00. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly noted in the product description. On free shipping orders, we will utilize the most cost-efficient shipping method available to us.

Expedited 2 Business Day Delivery: Most of our items qualify for FREE SHIPPING 2 Business Day Delivery (Weekends excluded as business days for shipping). We typically ship via FedEX Express 2 day, however depending on your location we will occasionally ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground if these services will arrive within the 2 Business Day window. Two-Day Shipping for U.S. Deliveries can't be sent to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO.

International Shipping: For international orders please contact us via email at sales@finandfire.com and we will review your request for international shipment on a case by case basis.

In-Store Pick Up: In-store pick up is an option we offer to customers in our local Central Oregon area or visitors who will be in the area. This is not an actual shipping method. If you have selected in-store pick up your order will be held at our Redmond, Oregon store location to be picked up by the customer. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
